I first photographed this family a couple of years ago when they were Baltimore City rowhome dwellers. They’ve since moved to the Burbs for a little more room and grass! What’s so funny...  Emily just turned one! So very exciting. Her parents, Karen & Chuck, found it fitting to make a fashion statement for this very special occasion.
